RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your Nicki Roxx Jewelry pieces, but if your item for any reason does not satisfy you, we offer site credit for unworn items that are sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied by the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. All sale, personalized, and special order items are final sales.
To request an exchange for site credit, email hello@nickroxx.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s) and please use the subject EXCHANGE REQUEST. Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to get back to you with the next steps.
Once we receive the return to our studio in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately. Please allow up to 72 hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued.
Site credit codes are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please note that shipping costs can not be refunded.
Nicki Roxx Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
DAMAGED GOODS
We will repair or return your damaged piece within six months of purchase at no additional cost. Please note, after six months, a minimal repair fee will apply. Please email hello@nickiroxx.com with photos using the subject line DAMAGE RETURN or DAMAGE REPAIR.
